Cancellations & Returns

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 7 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. 

The cancellation of orders must be in writing to Blenheim Palace by post or by email before orders have been dispatched. Any items ordered and dispatched must be returned at the purchaser’s cost. Returned items should be returned without delay and must be received within seven calendar days of delivery to you. Items may be returned to our store in person with prior agreement. 

We are unable to offer returns or refunds on any food and drink items.

Return of faulty items or items damaged in transit 

Our hampers are all hand packed using the highest of standards. However, breakages can still happen. 

If you take delivery of a package from us and the goods being delivered to you have been damaged in transit, or are defective, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or are not per a sample (i.e. faulty), we will exchange items without charge to you, for a period of 30 days from the date of sale or provide you with a full refund.

We will check the items on their return, and we may request photos of the damage and packaging in order to enable us to investigate the matter. 

Returns of Jewellery 

Jewellery must be returned in the box it is sent in and packaged in a way to protect the item on its way back to us. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty. Items which have been worn or show signs of wear will not be accepted back for a full refund.

For returns authorised by Blenheim Palace, items should be returned to the following address with a note setting out the order number (as shown on the order confirmation you received at the time of ordering) and the reason for the return:
