Beautiful scarf, inspired by the Indian Room in Blenheim Palace.
The Indian Room overlooks the Water Terraces and Formal Gardens at Blenheim Palace. The decoration of the room was first commissioned by the 5th Duke of Marlborough in 1826. The hand painted wallpaper depicts the thick winding jungle trails of India and is still complete in nineteen original panels.
